Whether you are a kid or a grown-up, you'll just enjoy it. In hip jump, much less time is spent on versatility, as it is not as essential to the majority of styles of hip hop being taught in dancing workshops. There will still be some extending going on, however the focus won't be on acquiring a complete split or a high kick. Rather, stretching will serve as a general heat up.
