Whether you are a youngster or an adult, you'll just enjoy it. In hip hop, less time is invested in flexibility, as it is not as necessary to a lot of styles of hip hop being instructed in dance workshops. There will still be some extending taking place, yet the emphasis won't be on attaining a complete split or a high kick. Instead, extending will certainly serve as a general warm up.
